This sexy cartoon mom/businesswoman illustration was created for a client working on a new internet business tageting working mothers, offering them the methods and education to use the internet to be successfal businesswomen as well as keeping up with being the great mom they already are.

The initlal sketches I created for this project were less playful than the final art you see here. I had worked up some sketches that were more "business" than "woman". One of the client's directions was along the lines of "Pamela Anderson with a briefcase". That made everything very clear.

I worked up the sketch which led to this final art. Final sketch was completed by hand, and then scanned into Photoshop and the vector art created in Adobe Illustrator. I am quite fond of this project, I think the woman came out fantastic, and the shading works especially well. The kids were a bit of a struggle, but they came out great in the final.
